All purchases have a 30 day return policy. Once we receive your items, we will process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

We process and deliver orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you will know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. 

We do not offer international shipping, and do not ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers or package forwarding services.

We sell new and gently used sneakers to help pay for individual's medical care.

For every shoe purchased, we donate a pair of shoes.
